Appreciating the specific training needs of SSB Candidates vis-à-vis availability of online training technology, which has done away with the need of physical travel to a desired ‘Training Academy’ and also keeping the limited time availability with SSB candidates in mind, an Online SSB Interview Technique Training & Mentoring Program is conducted at Young Leaders Academy.
Online Interview Training and Mentoring Program is conducted under the guidance of Head of Faculty, Col B S Mavi(Retd) ex Deputy President 24 SSB and Interviewing Officer 24 SSB, 31 SSB and 32 SSB.
Online Interview Training & Mentoring Program encompasses
- A one to one candidate interview with an ex SSB Interviewing Officer.
- Detailed feedback covering the candidate’s interview and areas needing improvement.
- A centralized online Training Talk on ‘How to prepare for a Psychological Job Interview’.
- Doubts clearing on any SSB Testing subject and candidates mentoring till his / her SSB.
